Personally, I'm never comfortable when non-adult terms are used in relation to adult websites, but in the case of Baby On Board, I suppose the title does suit the subject matter!

Yes, Baby On Board is devoted to explicit sexuality involving pregnant women. As the chicks are in the buff most of the time, there are no hidden pillows - these gals are preggers for sure.

This site peddles the porn side of pregnancy and seems to pander to the curiosities of those who wonder if pregnant women can still get it on (and how) - with a trailer trash feel. Typical of most narrow niche sites, the preview of Baby On Board is terse and offers just a few pages to present its case. As the topic is well defined and the photos in the preview say it all, the tour does the job of bringing a prospective member to (and thru) the purchasing decision.
If you're one of those people who tends to cringe at the thought of a woman, rounded out with a developing fetus, having sex, you're not alone. Often sites with tons of content tend to have long tours which reflect the size of their offerings. When I stepped into the members' area of Baby On Board, I was presented with a page featuring some picture and video updates, followed by upsell crap (webcams, sex toy) and bonus content. I was beginning to wonder if this was one of those 'niche sites' which was more of a lame portal into a generic archive. So I pulled up the full lists of (pregnant) pictures and videos and here's what I got.
In the picture department, there are 7 models in a total of 16 sets. The picture galleries are thumbnailed and paginated with fair to good quality photos (768x1024 resolution) - typical reality porn quality and NOT professional high quality photography.
The video section offers six models in a total of 15 episodes. The movies can be downloaded or streamed (some are broken into scenes/clips) in WMV format. The quality of the videos was consistent with the amateur/reality style of the photos.
Overall, I would NOT consider this site a gold-mine by any standards when it comes to the topic of 'pregnant'. To me it seems like the makers decided their should add some pregnant content to their adult archives, and then made the mistake of trying to pass a molehill off as a mountain. There is lots of bonus content (pictures and movies) across all the OTHER popular niches which makes the pregnant on-topic seem even more minuscule in quantity.
If you really really want a FEW pregnant chicks trailer trashing it out with some veggies, vibrators and playmates, $1 will get out in for one day, or you can pay $37.75 (one month trial) or as low as $7.75 per month (one year up-front purchase). While I'm not a pregnant niche aficionado, I did not find much in the way of quality or quantity of on-topic content to merit suggesting others sign up to Baby On Board for it's niche value. As a general archive, it's pretty good but I think they should call it for what it really is.
