It operates around the premise of nice looking younger married couples (mostly twenty somethings) deciding to spice up their sex lives by adding another couple to their bedroom mix. In many cases, the wife gets 'swapped' and for each of the 10 couples featured in the content exclusive to this site, there are a series of photos and video clips documenting each illicit exchange.
The overall quality of the pictures is Pro Am (professional amateur) - offering a nice blend of quality visuals with a reasonably authentic amateur feel. The photographs are high res (1024x683) and capture all the action in explicit detail from most angles - including very sharp closeups.
I was not as impressed with the video quality as viewed in streaming mode. Even though you do get your pick of low and high quality (WMV) formats (in streaming or download mode), in streaming mode, they stretch the 320x240 show - you'll probably want to download your clips and view them afterwards. Regrettably, the movie sets include a boring preamble of each partner complaining about their spouse - apparently intended to build up the 'plot' for the swap. I have yet to meet someone who signs up to a porn site of extreme sexual nature interested in studying the story line (instead of wanting to get right to the dirty deeds). This is fluff, I'm sure most of us can do without.
However, you can b-line directly to the clips of your choice as the movie scenes are thumbnailed for handy access. The overall navigation of the site is very clean and simple. After selecting a couple, you can choose from a series of movie sets or thumbnailed picture galleries. The menu structure of this site is a familiar boilerplate. I recognized it from another site I recently reviewed, Big Dicks Little Asians, and it's no coincidence that membership to Extreme Wife Swapping includes access to a handful of other paysites featuring their own exclusive content.
Before getting into the extras members get, the sexual action at Extreme Wife Swapping does merit some feedback. There is a reason this site is called EXTREME Wife Swapping. The sexual interactions include the usual straight couple sex deeds (some interracial too) plus an ample injection of more contemporary throating and gonzo (facial/cumshot) style explicit depictions.
Membership to this site buys you into a franchise which includes other sites - each with their own unique exclusive content collections and accessible with the same member username/password. But the fun does not stop there - members also get ample bonus plug ins of picture and video galleries to pad out what this site offers.

From what I saw, while the style of sexuality and presentation formats is pretty common these days, there's enough content with bonus material to justify at least a trial - then you can decide for yourself.
