I recently reviewed another site by the makers of My Asian Honeys, and unlike the harsh words they had to endure by your's truly (for trying to pass themselves as a 'Euro Model' site in the shadow of so many other top shelf European model sanctuaries), I have lots of NICER things to say about this latest adult ethnic instalment!
My Asian Honeys is aptly titled, as the featured starlets are clearly both Asian AND attractive enough (by many standards) to be deemed as 'honeys'. The last site I reviewed by these folks got more of a kicking because it was stepping into a Euro ethnic zone which is a less visible group (as compared to Asian, Ebony, or Latina) and must adhere to higher standards which many quality porn surfers assume. On the other hand, the Asian babe niche is a bit less challenging to satisfy - at least at face value.
The makers of My Asian Honeys have adopted a consistent look and feel to their family of sites (covering a variety of popular ethnicities). While the overall navigation of the members' zone is fairy straight forward, there are some quirks which may seem distracting and merit the question "Is this a case of outsourcing to the lowest bidding designer?". OK, maybe it's not quite that bad, but I can't help but go tilt when viewing a picture in a gallery 'breaks' the web page. I've seen MUCH better designed member areas than this one. And aside from the (unnecessarily) oversized page headers, after you get past the photo (which often stretches the page out of shape), you may wonder about the email collection box at the bottom - that's so 1999!
Regardless, content-wise, the site delivers 'on-topic' in quality and quantity. You may choose from a 100 lovely Asian beauties - each, young (twenty something) and varying in sexy shapes and sizes (from typical modest chested ladies to suspiciously hugely breasted vixens). Whatever hair color and styles you prefer, there's lots of everything including blondes, brunettes, and yes, even redhead Asian chicks! The presentation of these ethnic ladies is tasteful and sensual overall. Even though some of the starlets sport tattoos on their bods, the glamour index of this site is HIGH.
You can explore over 880 picture galleries. The photos are very good quality stills (1152x768), although some are visually watermarked a bit more than the average member pics. Also, unlike other 'babe glamour' niche sites, you don't get to choose your preferred viewing resolution. The picture collections could benefit from some culling (ie. remove the similar pose images), but as thumbnails are provided, you can skip through to the original poses as you like.
The Video Vault features 115 movies which can be viewed on screen in streaming mode or downloaded (WMV) for later viewing. As with the photos, the movies are tasteful teases which emphasis babe glamour and softcore sensuality. While some of the tattooed hotties may not score the highest marks for adult glam, overall the collection is a fair ensemble.
As I review more sites by the makers of this one, it becomes clearer that there is a strong upsell component to their members' area. While it is reasonably palatable in presentation, some members may not appreciate getting links to Free Hosted Galleries (FHGs) or other sites as their 'bonus content' - not to mention the email collection box at the bottom of each page.
Either way, at $9.95 per month, My Asian Honeys delivers enough to affordably join the ranks of other very good sites serving this niche!
