I suppose it was inevitable that sooner or later the niche of 'European Models' was going to be added to the list of targets for knock offs and wannabes. It is with some regret that I introduce this next site - not that it's all bad, but, while My Euro Honeys does offer a bountiful bevy of babes, it takes from the 'Euro Babe' niche more than it gives.
For those of you who appreciate (as do I) the TRUE meaning of Euro Models, I don't need to explain that tattooed girls from New Jersey, just don't belong in this category (even though their parents may speak with broken English). Call me protectionist if you like, but there are some very hardworking top shelf adult producers in Europe who have established an impeccable standard for Euro-Porn and when a producer (regardless of their country of origin) tries to play in the same arena, they had better show some respect to this niche! I think My Euro Honeys is pushing the envelope a bit with their 'Euro' claim.
Pardon my affliction to authenticity but until you have personally explored masterfully crafted adult sites featuring over 500 had picked bombshell hotties from Hungary, Russia, Ukraine, and points not as far east, you may not understand why simply adding 'Euro' to a web domain and making sure that the model bio's show some European descendence, does NOT a Euro site make! And don't even get me started on quality of photography and member experience.
But, let's back up a touch and give My Euro Honeys another chance from a different angle. While my objection to their liberal use of the 'Euro' term is on record, I would also like to add that ALL of the models featured at this site ARE hotties (by many standards). The makers of the site produce several others - all trying to appeal (or cash in, depending on your perspective) on providing distinct ethnic babes - either as specific ethnicities, or as a whole. In the case of My Euro Honeys, the beauty part IS there but the quality of photography varies - some awesome and some just good. The site design on the members side is a bit sloppy and that takes away from the classiness of experience. Unlike other Euro model sites, you don't get any choices for photo resolutions and depending on whether you choose a landscape or portrait thumbnail, your whole web page gets stretched into what looks like (but isn't) broken design.
The members' area navigation is very simple and straight forward. Amongst other things, you can choose Model Listings, Photos or Videos. With around 50 different young (mostly twenty something) babes making up their entire model collection, the models are more stacked that the archives seem to be (when compared to other sites competing in this same genre). Regardless, the women vary delightfully in look and shape. The emphasis seems to be on tasteful adult glamour - gentlemen viewers should appreciate the imagery and site overall.
If you hate collection boxes as much as I do, you may wonder what an email collection box is doing at the bottom of most pages in the members' area. This is just one more deviation from the higher quality sites. There are about 450 photo galleries of very good quality overall (810x556) - if you don't mind heavily visually watermarked images (after you have already paid). There is an interesting option to purchase 8x10 photo prints under most of the photos in the galleries - this is unique.
The Video Vault features 160+ (WMV) episodes you can watch in your web browser or download and play at 1500kb/s or 640x480. Just as the photo galleries lean mostly to tasteful sensual images, the videos are the moving version of the same.
Overall, My Euro Honeys scores a better than average report card when compared to most North American sites, but if it is placed next to a real Euro Model mecca site, if hides in the shadow of true European Quality. At $9.99 for 30 days, it's a fair deal, but if your a Euro aficionado, you may be better off to keep looking!
