The front sales page on PainToy.com is striking in its simplicity. On a start black background underneath the logo and tagline is a single picture - a woman, dressed in a plaid skirt and white blouse, faces away from the camera, looking at her master with a crop/switch in his hand, with the words: "Paintoy.com - Real People Doing Real BDSM - All Consensual - All Real Lifestyle - Nothing Faked or Posed" printed underneath. Below that, recommendations from review sites and blogs. That's it. No begging you to join, no whimpering - do you want it, or don't you? Seems like a perfect intro to a site that is all about power and possession. Clicking the enter button provides you with sample pages showing the latest updates and providing samples of the BDSM content contained inside. But that statement made with the front page is so striking, I decide to dispense with the tour and head directly into the membership area.
Logging into the site, the first thing that strikes me is how the style of the introduction page is mirrored on the inside of the site: a stark black background, a large pic, and plain text - nothing to distract you from the subject at hand: bondage and submission. The pic on the home page featured a sub that had just been on the receiving end of some breast switching, the red marks contrasting with the look of bliss on her face. Unfortunately, the picture was not clickable, so there is no fast way to see the entire set of this pretty sub getting a firm schooling without doing a bit of investigative digging.
The content can be accessed via one of two ways. The galleries link separates the content into ten volumes or pages, each with the performers pic, a quick blurb, and a link to the photo set, video set, or both dependent on what is available. The updates is a more traditional listing by date, and on this page the site operators promise twice weekly updates.
Choosing a video update featuring "Nikkita", I surfed into a page that listed her updates chronologically, and by format. Unfortunately, there is no option to stream the files, so I have to practice some measured patience before watching my video, not unbearable, but inconvenient nonetheless. This particular page only featured WMV files, although some updates offer the video content in Real media format as well. The download was lightning quick, because the file was so lean: weighing in at about six megabytes, a very compact download. Unfortunately, the play time of the video (three minutes) was a disappointment, as was the resolution: 360 X 240. Serviceable, but bigger is better in the era of broadband. Of course, going back to the page, I realized that this update is broken into three parts for faster downloading, but I like to download the entire set in one fell swoop.
The action inside the movie definitely shines through, no matter the resolution. This isn't a vanilla site run by those that think that they know what BDSM might be about - this really features girls that get their asses whipped, tits tied, and limits blown through. The marks are real, not makeup, and surfing through their substantial archives, I have not yet found any session lacking in intensity. The pictures are every bit as intense as the movies - a moment captured in time, a tear flying off of a cheek, a crop connecting with flesh as you can see a welt rising from the skin, heck, you can almost see the transfer of power in the photos. Each picture set is broken into subsets of around 100-200 photos. The navigation of the pics is not all that intuitive, and the thumbs only come in one size, but the pictures (thumb and full size) are cut well, and at a good resolution (the one I tested was 1075 X 1434) the photo section of the site gets high marks.
The quantity of material found in PainToy's archive is substantial, containing thousands of pics and hundreds of movies . With regularly scheduled updates of some of the finest - wait, not finest, wrong word - some of the darkest, sadistic exclusive BDSM content out there, this site will be a solid addition to your porn collection when you are looking to whip and abuse some whimpering ass. At $24.95, it is more than a fair value for your porn dollar - what are you waiting for, an invite? Get over there and get to watching some whining slave ass getting what she deserves!
